This database is based on documentary research and oral histories compiled by Clara NiiSka and Wub-e-ke-niew, in conjunction with other Red Lake elders, 1983-1997.  It also includes family histories, photographs, and other material subsequently contributed by community members.

It is online for the benefit of the people whose ancestors are listed here, and may not be used for commercial purposes.
